Silver & Sage provides personal PA and concierge support for individuals and families. This includes healthcare coordination, administration, household management, technology help, travel planning and general life management. Every service is tailored to the individual client.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with a wide range of clients, including older adults, families supporting ageing parents, busy professionals, people going through divorce, widows and widowers, and anyone who feels overwhelmed by life admin. There is no typical client. What matters is that you need trusted, practical support.

How does the initial conversation work?

When you get in touch, we will have a conversation about your situation, what you need help with and how we might be able to support you. It is a chance for us both to see whether Silver & Sage is the right fit, with no obligation.

Do you work in person or remotely?

Both. Many tasks, such as administration, correspondence and telephone calls, can be handled remotely. Others, such as attending appointments or household management, are done in person. We will agree on the best approach for your individual needs.

Where are you based?

We are based in London and work with clients across the city and surrounding areas. Remote support is available to clients further afield.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is discussed on enquiry and depends on the nature and level of support required. Options include hourly support, blocks of hours and monthly retainers. We will always be transparent about costs before any work begins.

Absolutely. Discretion is fundamental to everything we do. We have worked in private healthcare for over 20 years and understand the importance of confidentiality. All client information is treated with the utmost care and respect.

Can you help in an emergency or at short notice?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests, particularly for existing clients. If you have an immediate need, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help.

Do I have to commit to a long-term arrangement?

Not at all. Some clients use Silver & Sage for a specific project or period of need. Others prefer ongoing weekly support. There is no minimum commitment and we will find an arrangement that works for you.
