Every relationship begins with a complimentary initial consultation of up to 30 minutes. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about you, understand the support you are looking for and answer any questions you may have.
Following our conversation, we will recommend the most appropriate level of support and provide a clear, personalised proposal.
Hourly Support
Ideal for one-off projects or occasional assistance, whether that is accompanying you to appointments, organising paperwork, healthcare coordination, home organisation or lifestyle support.
Hourly support is available with a minimum booking of three hours, allowing us to provide meaningful, efficient support and ensure we have sufficient time to understand your needs and complete tasks effectively.
Flexible Support Packages
For clients who need support across several tasks or over a period of time, our flexible support packages offer greater flexibility without committing to regular ongoing support.
Pre-booked hours can be used across a range of services, giving you the reassurance that trusted support is available when you need it.
Monthly Retainers
Many of our clients benefit from regular ongoing support. Our tailored monthly retainers provide dedicated time reserved each week or month, ensuring continuity, flexibility and peace of mind.
This option is particularly suited to clients who require ongoing healthcare coordination, personal administration, household management or regular family liaison.

Because every client's circumstances are unique, our fees are tailored to the level and frequency of support required.
Following your consultation, we will provide a personalised proposal outlining the recommended level of support and all associated fees. Everything is agreed in advance, with no hidden costs, so you can move forward with complete confidence.
